Proposal Writer (Staffing)
Job Description:

Extensive experience responding to federal and state government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, with a focus on US Market, (US Staff Augmentation and US Technology) with State and Federal Clients. 
 
  • Proposal Writing: Develop clear, concise, and compliant proposals in response to government RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations.
  • Technical Writing: Create, review, and edit technical documentation, including but not limited to technical manuals, white papers, project reports, and operational procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure all proposals and technical documents adhere to government regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and other team members to gather information and insights necessary for proposal development.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit proposals and technical documents for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Template Management: Maintain and update proposal templates, ensuring they are up-to-date with current regulations and best practices.
  • Research: Conduct research to gather relevant data and information to support proposal and technical document development.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
